MS Hurts! 6 Health Hacks to Help Reduce Pain

Just because you can't see pain doesn't mean you can't feel it! I've been researching pain in MS and found that it's a common symptom and one of my biggest problems! So began my personal exploration with complementary pain management treatments like CBD, Essential oils, Biofeedback etc. Bottom line is that some help more than others but overall I've had some relief. For more on my results check out the link in my bio.

Okay good article, BUT, the pain IS in your head. At least mine is. Otherwise I'd have cut off my feet years ago during the years of very long sleepless nights, in too much pain to get to sleep as my feet burned all night threatening to set off fire alarms and boiling buckets of ice water, and upon waking when I finally got to sleep to find immagined crispy charred feet and scorched sheets at my feet. A high CBD strain of cannabis finally put out the fire when medical cannabis came. Now I vape high CBD hemp flower for best pain relief. The eddibles, lotions....only partially effective, but vaping flower to minimum temp heat does the job instantly!

Well, other than migraines the pain isn't in my head but there are studies that with behavioral therapy if we think differently about pain, it supposedly helps. I don't see how but I did sign up to be in a study for it so I guess we'll see. I'm glad you found a way to deal with your pain! Nerve pain in my toes I haven't found a solution for yet. CBD lotion with arnica has somewhat helped my burning feet but that's probably more because it's cooling.

I've tried both high doses of capsules and a different type of gummy. I have not had any relief from either.

I'm sorry to hear that! I don't know anything about MM but I was told sometimes you have to keep trying until you find the right strain. I hope you find something that works for you🤗
