Finally got my groove back!

I was always crafty before being diagnosed with MS. Jewelry, wreaths, or paintings. Since then, I haven't had the creative urge to do anything creative!

My girlfriend turned 60 this year. She had told me that she loved this picture and wanted one for herself. So I decided to give it a go...

My attention span isn't as long as it used to be. And the thought of some projects can overwhelm me. But I wanted to do something special for her.

I finally got back into the groove and painted! It took me well over a week to paint this. Just a couple hours a day. I didn't rush myself. Took my time.

She love the pic! I am now going to paint something for my sister.

I just need to take it slow and not get overwhelmed. I think I can apply this to many projects that I want to do.

Thanks! I gave it to her last Friday. She was really happy. I will share the one I do for my sister...she likes bumble bees and sunflowers, both fun to paint!

Thanks! My son got me an art kit with paints, brushes, etc for Christmas. Painting something for my friend was a good incentive for me too. Next one, hopefully, will be coming soon. 🙂
