What Causes Your Flare-Ups?

Vertigo is a huge issue with MS. When I was diagnosed I learned that I have to pay more attention to my body and what can cause flare-ups (vertigo). Tomatoes is definitely one for me. Does anyone else have this issue?

Hi Lilly_Blue welcome! Stress is a huge relapse trigger! But I just figure, when my MS wants to hit, it's going to hit. Have to say I have never heard of tomatoes causing a relapse tho.. welcome again!🤗💕🌠

Not necessarily a relapse, but it definitely causes me to have vertigo.

it does depend on what is going on in my life they really gets to me ...stress ...for the most part or lack of sleep....

Mine is stress. The stress alone is bad but it does kick start the MS.

Stress definitely causes pseudo exacerbations for me, but thankfully, nothing more than that.
