Almost as bad as some of the turbulence ive gotten caught up in. The worst probably would be qhen everything in the rear of the plane ended up towards the dront and everythimg in tje dront ended up scattered to the back and i had black,blue, green and yellow bruising where my seat belt was. I had to make a barely audible radio call and TELL ATC i was tuening around nack into the direction in which i came. Clear air turbulence can be really rough. Luckly enough for me the plane could take way more than i could!!!!
