Good Morning Beloved ms family. Had my first shot yesterday. No problem at all. Arm I little tender today but probably is the needle, not the injection. NO SIDE-Effects. I still have two nipples. Nothing at all to be worried about. Put that fear aside, "YOU" have more important things to be scared like I do not know what. There is no need to be scared, what will happen will happen, and your fear may not come to pass.

Hi Sandydemop ๐They should not be calling it the " china virus" because older people (asian) are being BEAT UP & blamed for covid!! Some people are soo Ignorant!
This is true. My brother in law is from Hong Kong but has lived in the US for majority of his life. He has been married to my sis for 42 years. He gets harassed all the time.
He is a black belt in karate but he is in his 60s so ... my niece can pass for hispanic so she doesnt get it as bad. Its kinda sad
I only fear how long it will take to get the one or two shots. They're around in very limited numbers if you're willing to travel. I just heard your best bet is to search at 12:01 A.M. every day. By 12:02, all appointments are gone. But you can hang out all day. Everyday at the location they are being given in case someone with an appointment doesn't show. Though those places get upset at the many people doing the same day after day. Now that may be a problem?
I am expecting the same reaction I had to the shingles shots. Overnight chills and fever. (Teeth chattering.) Body aches. By the morning it will be past and I will be tired.
For that reason when they drop the age 5 more years and I can go, I'm having my shots on a Friday so I can react that night and have the weekend to rest of. It wasn't fun but was better than getting shingles (again) and I feel the same about Covid. A couple nights of discomfort is better than being sick!
Totally! My friends daughter works at a hospital. She got pfizer shot - both - and a few months later tested positive for covid. She was so glad she had gotten the vaccine cuz all she had was back aches and loss of smell & taste. She bounced rite back like it was nothing.
My husband had his first one today..I have an appointment for Monday 2/15. I'm not anticipating any problems, but...who knows. What will be will be. I can take whatever comes my way. Remember we are warriors!! ๐
