Per webinar Dr Thrower indicated because somewhat increased risk covid severity on B cell depleted (Ocrevus, rituxan, kisimpta), you should have your immune function assessed. He suggested the following labs: cd19/20, T cell subsets, lymphocytes, IgG and IgM.

I wondered what others were doing ?

I’m going to ask for those next visit and then every 5 years of treatment. Nothing has been officially recommended to me by anyone. Should it be annually 🤷‍♀️

Dear erash, I had labs done out outset of starting Ocrevus,Almost 2 years now,hard to believe, but anyway not since, curious about this also. Thanks

They draw blood everytime I go in for my infusion. They always check for everything you listed, and then some.. the vampires! 🤗💕🌠

I get all those tests done before the infusion begins. That way, they can see all my levels. My next infusion is in March. It will be interesting to see if anything different is done, erash :-D
