the greatest illusion of all for me is that people think I'm o.k with whats going on with my mind and body when I really just want to break down.

I know that illusion.. and it's a hard one to handle by yourself! Do you have a support system at all? And don't forget us! You can vent here anytime! We get it! 🤗💕🌠

Thanks for the kind words. I didn't mean to sound sooo downcast but, there are rough days. I have a large support system and yet, nobody can understand as well as those who wear the same shoes.

That's a great example of what it's like to have MS. I was thinking about the part above the water...others don't see what's below the water because we don't let others see it. I think we try to be as normal as possible for our own piece of mind. The more normal we act on the outside the more normal we feel on the inside rather than going around acting like we are broken and depressed... Just a thought.
