I never jump out of bed so it couldn't be me
It’s much wiser not to.
It would be impossible for me to jump out of bed, fall yes but not jump. 😂

Not me, greaterexp I replaced my bed frame with a over sized pancake flipper, so I 'flip' out of bed, right into the bathroom! No leg cramps for me!

When you have someone who likes to invent things to make them better, you get contraptions like a bed flipper, Hidden No more sleeping in, and it's a little tricky changing the bed only once a week! Now, I am thinking of replacing the floors with a bird cage bottom, so that I never need to vacuum, or wash the floor anymore!

ouch ...i have had them but i just rub my leg for i was told not to jump out of the bed..

No, I have fallen out of bed a few times, but I don't jump out of anything....even cakes!

I used to almost every night for about six months. I couldn't flex my foot without standing on it. Then mysteriously they stopped and I haven't had one in about 4 years. Now that I think about it may have been when I started Ocrevus but not sure. Just glad they stopped!!!
