Does anyone know of a good book (or other resource) that collects the particulars of the progression of many MS patients? I know "everyone's MS is different," but I'm getting pretty sick of that being my neurologist's primary answer to any question I have.

These look like stories of MS patients and their journeys. I also read a book about patients relating their stories called "People with MS with the Courage to Give."

No, but, Journal of a Disappointed Man is a classic that comes to mind.
Since no 2 MS patients are alike in their symptoms or progression, I doubt it exists.
Your dr should still be able to answer your questions.
