Hi everyone, this might be ridiculous but that is the mood i'm in. Do food sensitivities make your symptoms worse? I ate chinese food for the first time in a long time Saturday night and leftovers Sunday and today I am having trouble standing, walking and working my fingers. Does this resonate with anyone? thanks.

food sensitivity?
I have had food sensitivities , but nothing that bothered my MS other than swallowing. Ken 🐾 🐾
I don’t eat anything that I have sensitivities too.
Before MS I would eat Mac n cheese n key lime cheese petite fours(?) , I ate them everyday for about a week, I broke out in hives and ended up in the dr office the entire next day as he tried to get it under control. Nothing worked I just itched. I was told never to eat either one of them again. I lived off that while I was in school. It broke my heart. Now I just watch and smell both as they cook and walk out the house to my mother’s customers
It could be a sensitivity to an ingredient in the food like MSG (which may give sensitive people headaches), or a strong spice like Star Anise or sesame oil. I have a friend who doesn't have MS but does live with multiple food sensitivities; when she eats something she shouldn't, in addition to digestive issues, she experiences balance problems, dizziness, and occasional fainting,
Maybe something in the food caused some inflammation and that can cause MS symptoms to worsen.
It could also just be coincidence. MS is unpredictable that way.😤
