Morning silliness

Irina has decided I need her supervision to brush my teeth in the mornings. She usually has her tail in the sink and, of course, it gets wet. Today I used it to wash the tap and sink. It’s the closest she’s ever come to helping with the housework. 😸😸😸

Thank you! She knows it. Irina is a Siberian Forest Cat. My husband made me drive to Atlanta for her. He spoiled her rotten before he passed away a couple months ago. Irina just turned 1yo. She will be huge - around 20lbs.

she is so pretty ...it is cute that she is watching you...love the picture...sorry for you loss but i guess he wanted to make sure there was someone to watch over you when he was gone ...he knows every time you look at each other he is with you also watching over you...love it ..

I had a cat that was part Siamese years ago that did the same thing. Is it the Siamese in them?

Siamese was introduced in the late 1800’s for the coloring.

Our Trunks had a mind bmp of her own. She would drunk water unless it was running out of the faucet or the gutter in the street. She caught must of her food, she always had a mouse or a bird. If she wanted attention & you were ignoring her she would swat at you. If she didn't want attention she swatted at you. Never had a cat like her before or after. I don't know weekday she was a mix of. At first glance she looked all short hair Siamese but her tail wad slightly ringed & she had white socks on the front & permanent milk stain on her lip. She was a great cat.

She’s not too small. About 10 lbs. She’s just turned one. Siberians aren’t fully grown until they are five. Her face is still very kittenish.
