Good morning my dear. Yes, this is meant for "YOU". All the horror stories that "YOU" hear about this illness are probably not true. Sorry' some are, but most certainly are not and they are all unlikely to happen to "YOU'.

So, brace yourself this is a very long and challenging journey. Three rules to start your journey.

1 You can not hurt yourself in anyway

2. Take your Disease-Modifying Therapy (DMT) without fail. Do not expect miraculous results. It is not that kind of medicine. It is Disease-Modifying NOT Disease-Curing.

3 Cry as much as you need to for as long as you want to, actually cry whenever.

Most importat, believe in yourself, and live this disease the best way that you can.

The past 3 years I’ve been working on my overall health with the thought that it would help with my MS situation. It has. I’m amazed to find that I’m actually stronger and more fit than I was even in my twenties. After 30 years of the MS beast, I’m grateful to be doing well and, knock on wood, no progression in many years. . My theme song is “I’m Still Standing” by Elton John.
