Hi, I am hoping to hear from someone who can advise me on the use of a T-Roll.
I have severe Osteoporosis with 5 spinal non traumatic fractures. Also a number of other issues in the spine includind Osteoarthritis.
I also have Copd, Raynauds and will not bore you with the rest.
I have recently had a new spinal fracture and the use of a T- Roll was thought to maybe help with my comfort.
Looking into the T-Rolls I have noticed that they are used by and for people who have MS.
This is something I do not have, but would welcome hearing from people who have used and found a T Roll helpfull, and if I may benefit from the use of one in any way.
When laying on my back I have to cross my legs, because for some reason without doing so it put's more pressure on my back.
So laying on my back is out of the question.
When laying on my side my knees rub together.
At the moment my husband is helping to get me in the best position by using sliding sheets.
These have been a god send as without them and Diazapam, I have been unable to move a fraction of an inch without going into spasm.
Thanking you in advance.
