Graduation Quilt

My son is graduating high school next week, in a modified ceremony of course.

My mother made him this gorgeous quilt. I thought all you quilters would enjoy it.

She’s been quilting like crazy since retiring about three years ago. She’s making a quilt for each grandchild as they graduate. So 22 grandkids. My son is #2! Number 3 also graduates this year.

She’s trying to get ahead because some years she’ll have three or four graduate.

I think she started this one about a year ago.
