I do not like the term "social" distancing. It leads some people to isolate themselves completely which is leading to anxiety and depression. I wish the media would use the term "physical" distancing instead. That is what I always say and wish they would say that as well.

Oh wait, then that would take away from their true intent of causing and keeping mass hysteria the norm now. Fear is a very dangerous emotion we all have. It is as bad as hatred.

Practice safe physical distancing but keep in contact with family and friends. You don't have to stay away from everyone unless you are extremely immune compromised , but if you are that then you should be safe every flu season.

Very good I have some friends that are getting depressed and I feel that if they felt better about how they should distance themselves they wouldn't feel so isolated. Thank you

Appreciate your concern; don’t appreciate your misrepresenting motives. I keep repeating my daughter is watching painful lonely deaths every day because of people not taking this serious. Social distancing means keep your distance from social activities - parties, bars, sit down restaurants, sport events, church school, entertainment- whatever your “socializing activities “ are. Physical distancing would be not hugging your wife or husband or children or parents living under your same roof when no one has no symptoms and no one has been exposed. Some of my daughters co-workers are living in their basements or guest rooms or sending their children to grandparents- that’s physical distance. That’s sacrifice to keep their families safe just in case they bring it home from hospital. No choice of their own. Jenn is 300 miles from me so I can’t help. And no spare rooms. So, please, if you are without symptoms, wear a mask if you must go to grocery store, etc and stop this virus. Someone is still spreading it and death. And it mutates quicker than swine flu or flu-a or b or bird flu or pneumonia. It scars lungs (which no one is talking about) and for people like, can lead to COPD. So much the media (which some say causes panic) is not telling all the facts!

I understand what you're saying, however some people ( like myself also have COPD caused by years of 🚬 ) I can't work anymore d/t MS.

But when I Have to buy groceries, all my PPE is on, I have a face shield plus mask& gloves on.

Now is not the time to be lax. The vaccine is not there yet...

This is only the FIRST wave. It'll only get worse in the fall...

God bless you
