How can I unsubscribe from this Community? Someone added me to it, and now I receive 50+ messages in my Daily Digest? Thanks.

An MSAA moderator replied to me, and it worked. I only want to be in our MSAA community, not all of the diseases of the world communities, nor do I have the time or want to read 50+ posts a day. Here is his reply:

"Hi there, you go to the top by the community name and there is a blue box that says write and left of that is a box with a tick, if you click on the tick a box will appear saying leave the community and that's it...."

I would go to your Healthunlocked account and check there.

Whew, I'm relieved after reading your reply! I thought you wanted to leave us, and we would miss you.

Not at all, and thank you for the kind words! I was just really irritated that they did it without my consent.

Somehow I was able to turn off my email notifications for this group years ago. I just periodically check the posts to catch up.

"Self-isolation" is a recent phenomenon. I don't think it was the same group.

I get a email post from someone who is in 2 other groups when I first got the email notice I clicked on it when I saw the group I deleted it. I hadn't joined the group but I can see that person post.

Now I just look at the group name and if its not a group I belong to I delete it.

Do we get the post because we follow the person?

I have to admit one post was to group that I should've know nothing about nor the post.

You can change your account to get them once/day as a group (like I do) or , I believe, once/week.

Thanks, but this was not the issue. The issue was never signing up for the Community called "Positive Wellbeing During Self-Isolation." It's fixed now.
