More motivation to lose weight..... that's surprised even me!

Hello family it's Fancy back. As I continue along my weight lost Journey toward my 50 lb. goal, I've discovered some wonderful side benefits of my weight loss lost along the way. I'm currently sitting at about how 27 pounds lost, hoping to reach pound 30 lost by Easter. But during my last 6 to 8 lbs of weight loss I've noticed some wonderful side benefits from losing the weight.

The first benefit, I confirmed when I went to have my weight vest readjusted because it was too loose my long-term expert balance therapist said she thought my balance at my core was much stronger. He and I both the credited to my losing about 25 lb of weight. It's healthy to find my Center of balance and I seem to be steadier overall. Of course that doesn't mean I still don't have a long way to go because I do but I'll take any Improvement in my balance that I can get!

The second benefit I've noticed again during the last 6 to 10 lb of weight that I've lost is a substantial Improvement in my incontinence! Again the only thing I could have created this too because my medicines and drugs have remained steady and the same, is my weight lost. During the past couple of weeks I've pretty much stopped having uncontrollable incontinence to a more normal bladder flow where I go every 3 to 4 hours when I choose to go. Not when my bladder decides it's time to go no matter where I'm at or yes I'm ready! If this trend continues in my bladder becomes more and more reasonable and under my control I'm seriously considering ditching the depends, except at night, can't go out by myself some long-forgotten undergarments! It's silly to get so excited about wearing regular undergarments again but boy has it been amazing to me what my losing weight at helped. If I had only known I probably would have worked very hard to lose weight quicker than this. Had anyone else who has lost wait over 15 or 20 lb noticed any difference that like to share? If you do please let us know. Remember together we are stronger! And if you choose a goal just remember to get your motivation lined up and then achieving your goal will be much easier. Fancy.

Yay! Fancy1959 👍

No doubt all of that is connected to the weight loss and better core. Tell me more about the weight vest. Curious. I must have missed that. Is it to help with balance? Do you put more weight one side of the vest?
