I am doing the 8 week MS Challenge exercise program . A free 8 week video exercise program that comes to your email every week. It is fabulous. Better than any PT I have gone to. Focus on different muscle groups each week. Last week was foot drop. Very helpful.

I had posted about this when the class had opened up

I always get emails about when they have the 8 wk workout

I have posted when ms gym have work out sessions as well

Currently I’m doing the ms gym workout which is 35 days for $35

The ms gym has had workout for free as well on Facebook, YouTube, instagram, Twitter

My neuro rehab dr loves the ms gym she makes it a point to ask me if I’m still doing it after I told her about. She now tells her other patients to follow him and the ms society recommends the ms gym.

I was going to do it but it requires you to have a Facebook account. I refuse to get a Facebook account for any reason. If they get this started via YouTube or something like that I'll participate. In the meantime I'm doing what I can to get some exercise in.
