I have been having upset stomach problems with the Aubagio. I saw a new MS neurologist the other day and told him about my stomach problems/diarrhea. He asked if I was lactose intolerant and I said yes highly. He told me to take a lactaid pill 30 minutes before taking the aubagio. IT is only 2 days since then but my stomach has settles down so far. Fingers crossed!!

Keep us updated! I take lactase too, but I use the brand Lea Gogo and I take them more like 5 minutes before eating and I'm good. So I'm really curious about taking them 30 minutes before, I'll try it out to see if there is a difference :)

It kind of works. I use lactaid when eating dairy but immediately eat the dairy. Maybe I'll wait 5 or 10 minutes and see how that goes. Thanks. Presently I have had stomach issues since my back surgery Dec 3. Waiting for it to work it self out.
