I was sent this this yesterday. It’s actually from a post on a CMT (Charcot Marie-Tooth) site. I responded by asking if brain fog was also a symptom of CMT, since I had never heard that. My brain fog must be so bad that I missed the “frog” altogether.

My husband has CMT (along with many others in his family) and he definitely has those symptoms, except that I haven’t noticed any Brain Frog😆, any Brain Fog either. He and a cousin have hearing loss associated with it.
Sometimes that name applies better than "brain fog." The way my thinking can jump around, I would think there are frogs in there directing traffic and jumping around. Just when I think I have found my train of thought, off it goes in another direction.
I don't have brain fog right now, or maybe I do, and I'm just so used to it I can't tell? I had to read all the posts to try and figure out, where to get to where it said brain frog. At first I was so busy looking for a link? To where it may be? Duh!
At least I seem to have kicked all the years in the fog. Now, if I could just....
What vegetables are you supposed to eat to make you a bit smarter? Carrots for eyes....
