Update on my neck. Drs appt yesterday. I guess it's healing ok. I haven't been wearing the brace the right way. Who knew? 😔😂 She put it on the way it was supposed to be... And yeah... No... Just No. Anyhow, I'm in tears anyway, cause she says at least another MONTH IN THIS! No! Pain meds now! Holy Crow! Get me outta here!

4hrs round trip for a 20min appt.

Oh yeah, and seems very confused that it didn't fix my feet! 🙈

Tommorow? MRI!

When I was a teenager, the foot bone (not mine) was indeed connected to the 'bum' bone! Nowadays, my foot bone (yes, mine) is connected to my 'mouth' bone!

My dentist is working on making extra room in my mouth to accommodate the foot that seems to always be there (mine).

Mine is always trying to get me to take it out so that he can get a better look at what's going on in there ~ not much, I tell him. And would you like to take a guess at his name? Steve Martin! I kid you not!

That poor fellow probably gets so tired of the same old jokes. When I was married to John Smith, the Pocahontas jokes went on forever, and everyone thought they were the first to tell it.

I joked about it during my initial introductory exam, but that was it! I wouldn't want to upset him as he is my dentist! So, you were married to John Smith? I would have never made that Pocahontas connection, because to me, John Smith is the name that I would use to test my computer programs when a name was needed to be used as a data input. My mind works in mysterious ways, if at all!

I never thought much about it until we checked into a hotel on our wedding night. I was blushing terribly and trying to flash my little wedding ring in front of everyone. I don't think they were impressed.

I got a few glances which seemed to say, "Sure. Whatever." The worst part was that my husband had planned to drive for 4 hours to our new apartment, but decided at the last minute to stop for the night. We had no luggage. Fishy looking.

Let's hope that MRI has great results! I'm sorry the recovery has been so frustrating and hope the repositioning of the neck brace works better.

such good news that it is doing good even though you were wearing the brace wrong ,yes pain just remember you can feel it that is good so just think of it that way ...so glad you are doing great but still with the pain but it should ease up for you are wearing the brace right ...love and much happiness is order for the better on your shoulder....take care and stay safe...
