5 March 2023 Be Happy and give me some advice

G'day my ms family, Did YOU sleep well? Pretty sure I did, I woke up with all the sheets and that for me is good. Not so good for she who must be obeyed but she sleeps on top so she copes. Some female thing beyond my male understanding.

Okay, I would like some constructive non- ms advice. Her birthday is next week. We eat out way to often, and she has everything she wants or needs. So what do I do for her 20th anniversary, bearing in mind that next year is another cruise? Ge nice and help me out here I need some constructive advice.

As always, Thanks very much.

If food and "stuff" are not appropriate, how about you find a way to give her an experience that she will enjoy and remember - I've no idea what she might enjoy, but something like - a pampering day at a health spa? hot air ballooning? A night at the opera/musical/some sort of concert?

Or - do you have a family? - some other sort of memory like a family portrait photo by a professional photographer?

Hmmm I like hot air ballooning is great but I think it might come across as my wish as I have mentioned it before. Maybe a drive up to meteor crater would be fun, she has mentioned that so m8aybe that again. Good suggestion, thanks.

Maybe combine the trip to the crater with a picnic, if she likes those. Grab a blanket or tablecloth, a bottle of sparkling fruit juice, bits of meat and cheese with a good loaf of bread.

A spa day could be good, assuming she likes that sort of thing. I'd love a massage, but I have no need of a sauna or hot tub or mud baths.

Re-enact your first date or honeymoon? Sign her up for a class she's wanted to take?

Whatever you decides to do on a big scale make sure you do something very personal such as a rose on her pillow with a love note from you. She will cherish something like that as much as a trip to her favorite place.

A gift card for finger/toe nail polishing. A gift card for some skin-care place. Maybe a gift card for something that she needs or would enjoy that she would not get for herself.
