I got some Jesmcd2 . I just donβt know how to get you one quick. But you go get them straightened out. Itβs hard enough quitting without being rushed.πππ
You've come a long long way, only a little further to go and you will be there. When I quit, I noticed that the intense urge for a cigarette weakened over a very long time. Almost 30 years in, the mental wish for one still occurs occasionally but the smell of cigarette smoke is a physical yuck. Both my parents smoked; I have pleasant memories associated with camping trips we took when I was a child, drowsing in the car while my parents chatted and smoked as we drove to where ever we would camp. This suggests to me that the physical addiction is gone but the situational/emotional connection has not. My experience certainly gives me a more compassionate response to those who face other addictions. It's a tough habit to break, Jes, but all of us are with you. You will be able to do this!
don't give up you are almost there! don't let them get the best of you, sometimes I think it is a plot, things have gotten so complex,I say to those foks " just do you job"
