It is a very nice day today. A spot of sun bathing, listen to my Asimov “Foundation” trilogy audio book. Guzzle to much coffee with assorted additives and listen to the birds. It is a fun exercise to see how many different birds I hear. I am pretty sure that there are over ten different birds this morning. I would not even try to name them and I am not going to ask what they are. Mum knows but it would just be in one ear out the other. It does not really matter, it is just nice to hear them calling each other. There was a little dog complaining next door as little dogs do. I am sure his dog mum will see what he wants.
All in all it is just another day in my very own ms life. Nothing special nothing momentous just another day, in my many. Actually I do remember a Vietnam series called the 10000 day war, or something like that and it made me think. That was from 1945ish until 1975ish. I wonder how long my ms walk will be. 1999 until 20?? that is a long time, but in the scheme of things not really very long. Ahh well no matter how it is looked at I will just continue walking. Some days and nights easier. Some days not so much, but this journey can be taken. It is not beyond us, out of our reach. No, never. One day at a time always moving forward. Some days slower than others but always moving forward.
Do not despair for the past, cherish the memory and make new ones for your future. “YOU” do have one “YOU” know. All it takes is one step at a time.
