Go easy on yourself

Go easy on yourself. I am a big fan as everybody knows of a good cry every now and again. It does not make “YOU” weak or say anything is out of control. I do not mind how many years “YOU” have been on this ms life journey, sometimes “YOU” just need to let your frustrations and sadnesss out. Get it out of your body and give it to the verse (multiverse universe) or what ever “YOU” may believe, your choice. As they say better out than in and always your choice.

As I have often said, I am not any type of medical person. I write my feelings and thoughts and experiences. I say things that may help “YOU” think that there may be alternatives for “YOU”. Seeing only doom and gloom and dark scary storm clouds on your horizon is no wy to live or to live with this illness. There is another way to look at it and I would very much like to think that I help “YOU” a little in seeing that a positive future can be out there for “YOU” Take what I write and adapt it to “YOU”, the rest feel free to ignore iy. There are over 4000 of us on this site and several millions worldwide. All of our mses are different, as is all of our solutions. Adapt adapt adapt, take what “YOU” may need and adapt it to your own circumstance and move forward. Always forward no matter what your circumstance may be.

Have a belief\faith in yourself. Value yourself and treat yourself like somebody that “YOU” really really like. Speak of yourself strongly and with pride. If “YOU” see nothing to be proud of, try harder and find it. “today I went to the store and did not soil myself, today I played with my child after school for two whole hours, today I chopped a carrot and left no blood on the veggies” Do you see what I am saying, do these words resonate do they make “YOU” tingle and think of course why not? This is a long journey for all of us, give yourself every tool that “YOU” may need to survive, to be happy and fulfilled, no matter your current circumstance. Things may be bad but perhaps they are not as bad as you think if “YOU” sit down take a moment and calmly think about it.

This is a big disease we have. There is no cure, Yes, there are treatments but they all come with side effects, life comes with a side effect when “YOU” think about it. Do NOT be scared “YOU” can do this ms life. Start believing in yourself. Find a goal that “YOU” may never achieve and start walking toward it, changing it as “YOU” must but always moving forward towards it. This is a doable condition and “YOU” of all all humans ever in existence CAN DO it, why? Because “YOU” my friend are different. “YOU” have within your belly a flame that is so strong, so bright, so hot. That “YOU” can now and tomorrow do this illness.
