Just got a call from the pain dr. and the appeal with the medicine failure and my report. The Horizant has been approved. WooHoo!!!!!

It's a Gabapentin blend. It's blended woth Encarbil. Think that's how it's spelled. Plan Gabapentin didn't do anything.
