I started a re-do today. Giving myself the okay to rest. I need to quit pushing myself so hard or beating myself up when I get tired. ❤️

Pacing is one of the hardest things I have to learn and do. Frustrating it is. Successful I have not been, yet. I cannot live in hope. But I do get up and go at it again....I wish the landing was softer and recovery was shorter. Next time.
