Sometimes, I admit, I feel more like "Weenie Woman," but there is a little "Wonder Woman" left in there somewhere!

I feel like a “weenie woman” while waddling up the walkway eating waffles on Wednesday’s only! 😂👍

I look at them with tears in my eyes and with all sincerity say, "Yeah, I'm so sorry I can't help you move."🤣🤣🤣

I look at it the other way with a twinkle in my eye ~ certainly I can help you move but it ain't going to be pretty! :-D

Lol!

"I'll carry the glassware!"🤣

carolek572 profile image

It's doable, one glassware at a time! Think of all the exercise that you will receive! :-D

falalalala profile image
falalalala in reply tocarolek572

Think of all the requests for help you won't receive if you move them all at once!🤣

Traditionally, it's what one sees after a few beers.🤣

Recently I delivered a meal to a neighbor....gossip goes..oh not Jackie she has MS....she cant do that....MS hasn't made me less of aperson, but more of a person.Compassion, saving energy for important things, and not taking *** from others.MS doesnt have ME I have MS...big difference....even if you are weenie woman you are so worth it.

Whenever I run into a person that over-dramatizes the "tragedy" of my MS, I can't help but wonder how they will handle it if or when they ever get a major health issue.

You go, jackiesj Never ever let others define what you can and cannot do! :-D

Alright, well said! You sound exactly like an MS Wonder Woman ! 👍😉 my kids have dubbed me "WonderMom." They bought me all this W.M stuff as a reminder. I am amazed to say, they don't see my weakness or disability ,they see the Mom who has their backs and when needed is their shield.

That was my #1 goal when I was diagnosed 11 years ago. I rarely feel as strong or powerful as I try to project but my kids believe I am and that's enough for me.

WonderMom I absolutely love that movie and the courage that it instills in me to NEVER GIVE IN NEVER GIVE UP. After all, life is not meant to be lived in bubble wrap! :-D

Yup, no one gets out of this life unscathed or alive. Everyone gets knocked around by life, what matters is how we choose to respond to it.

Better-vs-Bitter.
