Spring Break Miracle

If anyone had told me I would still be hiking with my family 19 years after diagnosis, I wouldn’t have believed them.

A year ago I could barely move after sitting for more than twenty minutes. Ampyra really has been a miracle worker for me.

My family just spent four days hiking in southern Utah. Temperatures were perfect! Ready to be amazed? We hiked....27.53 miles!! That’s a marathon!

I’m so excited! Now we’ll see if I pay for it next week!

This pictures is from the top of a mountain overlooking Snow Canyon. We did nearly ten miles yesterday on four hikes.

Stacy, I'm glad to know that you are hiking and enjoying the awesome canyons in Utah. The scenery doesn't get much better or diverse than in this great state. I spend my winters in Washington, UT, just a few short miles from your beautiful Snow Canyon hike. Summers are spent in the suburbs about 20 miles south of Salt Lake City. Enjoy your hikes, and if you "pay for them" the next day, relax and enjoy the great views and environment
