Look after yourself

it is all good and well to be obsessed about your form of ms. I am sure after 20+ years I am and most likely will be until the day after my heart stops. I also know well that I am not going to die of this illness, die of it I am not quite sure, but die with it. There is no doubt. Something else will get me and I am sure it is because of my stupidity and negligence.

What I mean is simple. We all have ms. If we are able we take our Disease Modifying Therapy (DMT) religiously. Every twelve hours at five fifty-five. There is something else that we must do. Look after the rest of our body. Remember and manage our ms but do not ever forget the rest of the things that may happen to us. Diabetes, various forms of cancer, drinking to much and a really poor diet. There is no need to get summer bikini beautiful unless "YOU" want to, but again that BUT. There is no need to put on and keep on an extra 50kilos (100 lbs) Take care of your body and health, it makes taking care of and managing your ms a little easier if "YOU" have fewer problems to deal with.

As we know I try to be correct with my words, though I failed terribly yesterday, Bare versus bear everybody remembers :-) Look up the word diet, from a couple of different sources. That may give "YOU" a better idea on how to look after your health. Exercise, look after your core and progressive overload with weight builds muscle. Yoga is good for stretching and balance is also very important. Never forget the mental game. ms likes to really mess with that one, so the stronger mentally that "YOU" are is a very good thing. Some positivity around "YOU" is another useful tool. Every morning as I stand at my computer I have 3 Little birds or Everything is going to be alright playing at least once. It is a good song to hum to when Trigeminal Neuralgia is going berserk, which it will again. I am sure that "YOU" can think of other songs, other things that will add to your positivity. Feeling down is okay just remember though that tomorrow as your eyes open it will be better. Not may be better, it will be better. If it is not, lie to yourself. Yesterday was much worse, toda is getting a little better.
