A very short Sunday thinking Exercise

Yes, I am very aware it is Sunday, So no homework today. Well, I write the article so I make the riles. It is your choice to play or not.

Enough of that, get a piece of paper and a pencil.

First, write down what "YOU" are scared of.

Second, write down why "YOU" are scared.

Your fears are yours, "YOU" are justified to have them but do they constrain "YOU, or are totally illogical? "YOU" answer the question for yourself. Think hard about it. Do "YOU" have a fear unnecessarily, is it holding "YOU" back, even stopping "YOU" from living your best ms life?
