"YOU"are not a victim, "YOU" are not to be pitied. What "YOU" go through, "YOU" do because "YOU" can. Not everybody can cope with Multiple Sclerosis (ms) but my friend, "YOU" are different. Within "YOU" is a fire. A fire that burns a little stronger each and every day. At times it may seem that the fire can not keep burning. Your will is low, "YOU" are tired, despondent and fearful, but your fire still burns. Turn away from the naysayers, vanquish your negative thoughts. "YOU" my friend are bruised but "YOU" will still always carry on.

This is a lifelong illness, but an illness that can never extinguish your fire. Feed it, let it burn brighter in your spirit. That tiny flame wants to grow and make "YOU" warm, hot, on fire. This is your life with ms make it a story for the ages, let it be talked about at family events long after "YOU" have passed, and if "YOU" decide to not achieve that. Be happy that your child remembers your strength, determination and will.

This is an incurable and lifelong condition, live it as well as "YOU" can, make yourself proud of how well "YOU" choose to and lived your long ms life.
