I started with the little spiky orange one to massage my sole, but soon enough, when I needed them, I had to go on a hunt to find them. Now I have a collection, colors, size, spikes or not, hard or soft. Everybody is happy. The cats play with them and hide them wherever they wish. I often have to get on my knees to get them from under the coach or walk downstairs because they had fun watching the ball bounce down the stairs - all good reason to exercise. My husband also uses them for his plantar fasciitis. He did not tell me at first and I blamed the cat way too many times for his stealing of the ball.

The small orange one Rozy has and is her favorite toy. She carries it everywhere 👍. I usually step on it in middle of the night 😲. Gives her jaws a great workout and yes I have used it also 👍😊. Ken 🐾🐾

Awesome! Have you tried a golf ball? I give them away to moms to be; one for at home and one for at work.
