Halfway through. Radiation will be completed on March 11th and chemo will be completed on March 14th. My daughter was here taking care of me she went home to visit her son was in a very bad car accident thank God for good friends. My Ms has gotten worse I can no longer live on my own will have to leave South Carolina and me back to Maryland to my home. Does anyone know of any organizations that will build a ramp thank you in advance

You might want to contact Habitat For Humanity.Some but not all will do what you need done.

It’s good to hear from you. Do you think the radiation and chemo has made the ms worse? Hopefully when you get finished in March, the ms will improve. Sorry about your grandson, I hope that he wasn’t injured. Keep in touch, hope all goes well with your move, blessings Jimeka 🤗

REDLIPS44 I sure hope your grandson wasn't hurt too badly and heals fast. About the ramp, maybe check with Maryland's state & city Gov't services for seniors & disabled. If you are buying or renting, check with the realtor or rental agent. If they want your$$ hopefully will help you out. Check with your new cities online newspapers for builders, etc. Keep us posted and best to you with your health, the move and hope your grandson is okay. Best to you with chemo and radiation. However you can, try to rest your body and mind.

A lot of towns have organizations that will help with things like that. You may be able to do some research on your computer or call some friends in Maryland and ask. Your church, if you have one, may be able to help. Is their a "NeighborLink" there? Where I am this would be right up their alley!

I was interested in your thoughts about the link I sent you. Now that you are halfway through the chemo, it would be the perfect time to supplement your treatments with cancer killing cannabis. I hope that the link I posted worked, and you could see that decades of research backs this up.

If you disagree for personal reasons, please let me know that also. I understand that the bias against MMJ runs DEEP. I would never judge someone who is against it completely. I am certainly not advocating for recreational use in any way. The oil I take comes in a capsule I take at bedtime. There is absolutely no need to ingest it in any other form. It is just one of many pills I take every night which includes 2 morphine pills, heavy doses of 2 different muscle relaxers, and enough gabapentin to knock out a horse. People have asked me “what does it do to you?” I say “I have no idea because I am asleep.”

Please follow me if you want to chat in person. If you aren’t at all interested, I respect your opinion and honor your choices. For some reason, I am thinking about you often. Your situation has struck a chord with me and I want to offer support of any kind.

Please keep us posted on your scans, and anything else that you want to vent about. The family I have found on this chat beats the real thing all day every day. I once posted something desperate in the middle of the night and somebody in Australia immediately answered me and said “You OK Mate?” It is something I will never forget. I typed about what I was going through, and someone on the other side of the world read it and felt for me. They cared about me and were there for me in the middle of the night.

Thank you so much. My brother lives in Colorado and they have sent me Phoenix Tears which I take a little bit. Not against this at all and I know how you feel about this group it is wonderful and I am waiting to post Wednesday when I get another CT scan and find out what is going on but thank you for your message very thoughtful

I am so very relieved to know that you are taking the oil. So many people have such a deeply ingrained bias against the idea. But those people don’t realize that you can just take it like any other medication, without being a “stoner”. I want every citizen to have access to the oral form of the medication. The same US government that opposes medical cannabis actually PATENTED the plant for it’s cancer killing ability more than 10 years ago. The US government also patented cannabis as a Neuro Protectant. Meanwhile, recreational use is perfectly fine for citizens in some states. While citizens across the state line with documented conditions are prohibited by law from the benefits of the oil.

Even if you personally are someone who would never take it, please vote FOR Medicinal Use should it ever be on your State’s ballot. There are so many people suffering who could benefit, without your state ever changing the prohibition on recreational use.
