Eleven months ago, all of you responded so graciously to the pain my husband and I were going through with our son regarding drugs addiction.
Good news!
He completed his intense drug rehabilitation for 14 months and successfully graduated from the program January 2019, and subsequently entered a half way house. I believe it’s time for him leave that environment.
However, he is working at HVAC company on Long Island, NY. The company is not too far where my mother (his grandma) lives. He has been saving money and praying to get a better housing arrangement, employment, and/or car (more reliable transportation).
Most importantly he has remained drug free since he left the rehabilitation facility. He is coming home for Christmas!! We are over joyed to have both of our sons home for the holidays!
Thank you for your gracious support.

That’s great news! My son has over five years clean now 🙏. He has a beer now and then but clean. I harass him a little over that but you don’t want to push them to hard or they rebel. If can stay a responsible drinker that’s great also. I have been clean and sober for over thirty one years now and always remember “One Day At A Time” 👍🙏😉. Ken 🐾🐾🎄😊
My son will be 27 in March and is handling everything really well 👍probably better than me in some things. My wife, his mother passed away in June and he has helped me more than I have helped him. Not sure where I would be without him 🙏😉. Merry Christmas 🎄 Ken 🐾
This Christmas we will fully celebrate and honor Jesus Christ. Who forgives our sins and gives us hope everyday. Gives us strength to get through our trials so we can truly enjoy our blessings.
Merry Christmas! And for those who do not share my same Christrian faith and beliefs, I wish good tidings for you.
So whatever strongholds you are dealing along with MS, you will have peace and comfort. That we all one day will be MS free!
That is great news, another miracle! I pray that he will be able to face life on life's terms rather than drugs for the rest of his life. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
Such an answer to prayer! Congratulations to him! Well we know you and your family will have a very merry Christmas this year! So much to rejoice about!
Finally some good news! If anybody else needs numbers and addresses of local rehab centers in their area, here they are: addictionresource.com/addic... Take care!
wonderful ...congratulations to your son ...let him know i want him to keep up the good work he has done and keep having a great time with his new life ahead...
This is wonderful to hear Tonyia! Praise the Lord! I will be praying for your son to find more suitable housing and for resources for him to open up. Feel free to message me any time. Happy New Year, may this year be filled with abundant joy and happiness for you and your family!
