So it is that time again to choose our health plan for the coming year. But the Healthcare.gov site keeps listing the meds we need as not covered thru our current provider. I believe this is an issue with Healthcare.gov and not the company but when I look at the company's formulary all the meds are listed except for my Aubagio. So now I'm concerned. I call them up and yes it is allowed with pre-authorization. I mention that's the same as last year, but it was in that years formulary list. pause on the other end of the line... Yes it was... And it is still available and I am still authorized...
Should I be worried?

I agree with Kenu. But still do the exception if you have to. My insurance like to play those games as well and I'll do an exception and then they'll tell me I didn't need it. You just have to out play and out last them as they say on Survivor
I agree with what the others say! Get that in writing! And recording! Or call mymsaa.org Toll-Free Helpline: (800) 532-7667 ext 154 they can help you out with that!!!🤗💕
My Aubagio is covered at 100% with One to One. Their number is 855-676-6326. Without them I wouldn't be taking it as it's over $6,000 a month! Call them!
So pmbevac I'm now running into the same problem.😒 My insurance doesn't want to cover my Copaxon. So I called my pharmacy, Shared Solutions, who sent me to a case worker, who told me, to tell my Neuro NOW! So that the paperwork for over ride is done for January.
