When do you start to get tired or become fatigued?

For me after I take my noon meds.

But I have days when my body is like not today.

What about you?

Every day is different, but muscle spasms start in earnest by afternoon like clockwork. Fatigue varies.

Mine fluctuates, sometimes after my morning shower and breakfast, all I feel like doing is going back to bed, then sometimes it hits me around noon, I never know when I am going to have to give in to it. Good post, 🦋

Mine starts to really kick in around 2 or 3 in the afternoon. Sometimes I struggle to stay awake at work. Then I get home and am asleep by 730. Then wake up at 2 or 3 in the morning then back to sleep about 30 minutes later. Just for that infernal alarm clock to go off at 630. Though sometimes I sleep right through it.

Mine changes from day to day. Some times when I get up then sometimes afternoon. I just never know.

Sometimes I wake up with no energy at all. Other days it's about 3-4pm when it starts to set in. Just depends on the day and what I have done the day before or that day.

I'm fatigued alot. I fight through it all the time. I like to wake up and stay awake through out the day and get as much as I can done. If I nap during the day then it will be a fight to sleep at night. I feel like if I sleep to much then I'm wasting my life away. 👀❤🌷
