Incompetence should not be allowed where medication is involved. My pharmacy sent me double the strength pills to what I am normally on. If I hadn’t have noticed I would be asleep most of the day. Hope that you get sorted, blessings Jimeka 🦋
My pharmacy 1st forgot to send several of my medication when I called about it they told me they would send it out right away with everything they forgot. I get the meds and one is completely wrong. I call tell them about the problem they tell me bring it in and they will replace it with the right one. Did that happen no the person I talked to didn't order the med. The clerk had the nerve to tell me we can just send it next month. I told her I needed the meds now next month, she tried to tell me we can't deliver just one medication. I told her it's your fault it wasn't done right in the first place and that they will deliver it
Have you called you’re insurance company and advised them that you need your meds now and have them follow up. Be sure to get names, times, and dates. I did this with Select Health and they got Acredo on the ball. Good luck 👍🙏🐾Ken
Acredo did that to me also 😖. Took me 6 months to get the billing corrected 🤬. I was on Aubagio and luckily my neurologist had samples on hand and gave them to me to get me by👍. Pharmacy and Insurance rule the USA 🇺🇸. Dam it 🤬. Ken 🐾
First - Go get samples from your doctor to keep you going. Are you on Aubagio? That's who fills mine. If so, call MS One to One (855-676-6326). They should be able to help you.
If there is a marketing company that works with ampyra, I would try them. They may need an RX from your Dr., But may be able to give you a small supply to hold you over.
I've never heard of this company, are you out of the USA? I usually have problems on the Dr side and Insurance side not much with pharmacy. I must be lucky where I go. They are on top of stuff but again i'm in Mn so different from you. Don't take it though keep calling up the ladder.
Hi Stacy! Sorry for your troubles with your pharmacy! I can relate, but in a different way. My pharmacy is supposed to deliver my prescriptions, but whenever I request it, it never gets delivered! Then I call them, and they say it isn't on their delivery schedule and sometimes they claim they never got the order faxed from my doctor. So I call my doctor and they said it was faxed to the pharmacy. Then I end up having the Drs office to resend it to them. Grrr! 😠
I agree with you, Stacy. It's just awful. It seems to me that the leadership of this pharmacy should think about recruiting. Awful pharmacy. I was also very angry when they made me a bill for $ 50 more. I tried to get my money back for about two weeks. Now I use fairpricerx.com/. And I recommend it to you too. All at the highest level.
