As the weather gets colder I want to just pick up and go south. My body was dealing with the heat and I wasn’t in as much pain when it was warm out. Now that it’s dropped into the 50s. My feet get cold and toes and feet hurt. Tops of my fingers hurt. Working through it for now. The boyfriend was so good about it yesterdaf. Went out when I got home from work and I was in pain but dealing. He kept asking what he could do. Knowing there wasn’t much.

That does not sound fun. My first thought is of my brothers camping equipment such as hand warmers - portable gizmos that he kept in his pack. Ugh boots? I'll send warm thoughts your way!

My wife uses an electric blanket on the bed and has an electric throw for sitting on the couch 🛋👍. I do pretty good but half to have socks 🧦 on all the time and slippers in winter months. 🙏🐾🎃Ken

Smartcloud, i hear ya, it is Kn0t fun having Raynaud's, i wear warm wool socks & very many warm blankets, but then the hot-flashes & nightsweats kick in, & i have to kick them off & take the socks off! 😝Ughh! No happy mediums there!😄😍LOL! Well, I alittle scared of getting hypothermia, & dying in my sleep, my hub/cg comes into room & feels me to see if I'm still breathing! So sweet!💗❤😍 So, I hear what you're saying... We live in the mnts of Co. & it is now colder up here!🌌 Blessings💐& Prayers👍🙏For ya & Love Hugs😉---Jazmine 🌹💜 Rose

I get the same wAy. I have a weighted blanket and a comforter and it’s great in the beginning but then I get to hot so I throw them off and then it’s to cold. I’m scared to see what’s going to happen when the snow hits here in Vermont. It’s 50 now and it’s bothering me just started to bother me. It was fine in the high 60s. Shopping for some good and warm boots and gloves and a hat. Slippers for home.

I hear ya Smartcloud1981 ! I have a real hard time with the weather changing!! Heat on during the day and the AC on at night! 😒 Don't ask I don't get it either!🙃😂🤣

Maybe use a heating pad, to heat your feet up fast? And I use fingertip less gloves in the home.☺️ I love um! 🤗💕

I’m going to have to buy slippers to wear around the house and big comfy socks. It’s not even that cold now around 55 but it was very hot most of the summer up until a couple weeks ago. My body did the same thing then to especially in the humidity. I dread to see what will happen in winter time.

I think there should be a place on this earth that is just ideal all year around for people with ms, in my dreams 🦋

Central Coast California - Santa Maria Wish I never left. Temps were very mild year round. Occassional summer days of 85, but definetly not the norm.

I keep trying to think of places I can move to. The humidity ad heat did the same thing to Me that the small bit of cold is doing. It was great when it in the high 60s low 70s.

I do better with the cold than I do with hot weather so I'm glad I live in the PNW where I don't have to deal with very many hot days. We have gotten more 90+ degree days in recent summers because of climate change but I stay in the a/c and I'm ok.

Its only when it gets into the 30's that I start to have trouble with the cold. It causes spasicity in my limbs if I get too cold. Its been in the 40's here at night already so I put flannel sheets on my bed because they don't get as cold as regular sheets. I wear socks and slippers at home and I have boots for outside. I need a new down coat for outside because the zipper in mine broke last year so I'll be looking for a deal on that. I have lots of scarves and keep gloves everywhere. (I always have a pair in my car.) I'm thinking about getting some fingerless gloves for at home like Jesmcd2 talked about.

I do better with the cold the the heat at least from what I’ve seen. I had the a/con this summer as much As I could. I stayed indoors when I could because the sun and I don’t get along well. I’m good with high 60s. But since it dropped to mid 50s and windy. My feet and fingers just hurt and legs. It may not be the cold it could be anything but it started again when the weather got colder. I’ll monitor it just bought a bunch of warm socks and slippers. New coats should be coming had to get rid of my d one. Have to find my winter hat and maybe get another one to keep in car along with gloves. Just learning every day how to manage things.
