I have my first appt with the neuro later today after DX and first round of Ocrevus treatment 3 months ago. I'm fortunate that my heathcare center accepts email between patients and doctor, and i've sent a recap of where I'm at to the doctor with status of symptoms.
I also sent a list of questions to him. Here they are:
- how/when do I know that Ocrevus work for me?
- can existing active or non-active lesions still create new symptoms?
- any upcoming trials for re-myelination treatment?
- any suggestion for muscle stiffness and flexibility
I thought the email would help me make sure I don't forget anything and that I'd be clear about what I want to say.
Will let you know what I hear from the doctor.

Here is what came out of my appt with the neurologist yesterday:

Answers to my questions and more:
- how/when do I know that Ocrevus work for me?

- can existing active or non-active lesions still create new symptoms?
They should not. Current symptoms could still appear.
- any upcoming trials for re-myelination treatment?
He mentioned one for optic nerve remyelination. But I actually signed-up for one for fatigue.
- any suggestion for muscle stiffness and flexibility?
He suggested that I keep exercising as I currently do and that we will revisit in Dec/ Jan.
I wish I had asked more questions about cognitive symptoms, which is my case is what I'm worried about - memory, slow thinking,...
