Well all I did not have a good day on the 1st. Now it was so bad. You all know when your asked ona Scale of 1-10 and 10 being the worst, how you feel, well my answer would have been 20 I haven’t felt that bad in 14 years.

My legs were in so much pain it hurt to bad to stand on them. I was having those hug pains I thought someone was grabbing under my rib cage and squeezed hard. And yes I was crying I know that does not help bud come on. Well it’s been about 24 hours and I am doing so much better.

I know this is had to believe but our weather was so crazy hot and dropped about 30* lower I don’t know if you have Hurd but a storm is moving off of West Africa I hope it doesn’t become a hurricane

I know I sound like a crying baby but I haven’t felt that bad in years and I don’t want to feel like that again I did get cat naps during the day but I just woke up from sleeping for 4 hours and the pain has subsided a lot with only a little dull pain in my side pain is about a 2 so I’m going to try to get some sleep again 🤞cross my fingers

A little bit better but I won’t really know until I start to move around more but right now it is only not quite 5 a.m. I still can feel that hug on my right side. My husband is still asleep. You know that saying don’t bite the hand that feeds you well that goes here with out saying. Add another thing to the day our car was hit Friday night it was dented in on the bumper.

Hope you get feeling better soon 🙏. I have the same problems when the weather does a drastic change. Just happened a week ago here and I was pretty much down for three days 😞. Wish you well and hope you get some sleep 💤. 👍🙏🐾Ken

Hey ssdw1958,

I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling good. I too, woke up this morning with my lower back, and knee aching. I put some Ancient Mineral Ultra with magnesium. That helps. I attribute that to overdoing it, weather changes, and stress. Today, I will take it easy. I hope that you are feeling better today.

Keep smiling,

Carole

Oh Sandra, what we have to go through, it’s awful, but glad you are pulling through it. As Jesmcd2 says, keep smiling, watch a funny movie, and try and take your mind off it, and it’s ok to cry and scream. I think you have to have been in your situation to understand. Big hug, blessings Jimeka 🤗 🍫 🦋

Hope you feel better soon. I had a bad ending in August. One night I had the chest pains and leg cramps so bad I was screaming & a week later the same thing. I hadn't done anything to aggravate MS, the weather wasn't too terribly hot etc. I got to thinking what did I do differently on those days. It was bug spray, the kind you spray yourself with like "OFF". I have always used it and never any problems that I knew of. Those two days I had sprayed directly on my legs, I was wearing shorts. I'm pretty sure it was a reaction to that stuff. I'm not spraying it on my legs again just to make sure, it was too painful. I haven't had any more problems since. Something to think about.

Great note on things we are in contact daily or around us.A doc had said so many things enter thru the skin...and also like second hand smoke...what may be in the environment.Oils just kill me, perfumes..just sensitive, but the world has to go on and sometimes I hide, or get out soon as I can.
