5 Activities for People with Primary Progressive MS

I thought this would of interest to those with PPMS.

I will later do a post for a Tia Chi class that you can watch for free if you have amazon prime. I know the person who does the Tia Chi video I take her class every Tuesday and Thursday and yes it has help me improve a great deal. The MS society has suggested her class on various occasions.
