We all have our moments. I had mine but now I’m at the point that my Bioness rep told me at my adjustment on Monday that if I go down any further on the stimulation strength I don’t have to wear it all the time.

At one point I could barely get around one dr would tell me I needed to get a walker and leave the cane alone. Add to it that I walked so slow a turtle would pass me by. I told that dr it was never going to happen and I felt the walker was an adult baby stroller. Also told him he knew I was never going to give in.

Now I have picked up speed my balance has improved. I just had at moment when I realized I had to believe I will have more highs than lows and to find things I felt would give me my highs. Those things are going to tia chi 2x’s a week( I was going to stop going because I was and still am the youngest one there. Everyone there is 70 and up. I’m only 45 but I got over it) and doing the MS gym.

I hope this has inspired someone as well.

It just comes down in believing yourself when others have given up on you

I also do the MS Gym exercises. It is so specific for MS that I really do see how it is helping with posture BGB.
