Hi my husband has been using this roll on product call Aspercreme I think it’s spelled like that and so I have used it and I have cramps in the muscles above my knees and it does work I’ve even used it when I had a stiff neck. They have it in cream form or roll on and it comes in nonsent so it doesn’t smell. It does work my husband uses it for the arthritis in his hands and it does help him.

It is an over the counter product.

There are meds, such as gabapentin, which may help with symptoms like that, but you’d need to discuss it with your neurologist. I do hope you find something that helps.
