My best friend of 21 years and her 3 teenage daughters r coming to visit tomorrow and staying for 3 days.

I am so stressed! I have been killing myself trying to clean house and i am pretty sure i just died

I know this is easy to say, but just sit down and relax so that you still have enough energy to enjoy your time with your friend. She's coming to see YOU, not your house. (I know, I know...easier said than done). It's taken me almost all of my 60+ years to come to grips with this myself.

Enjoy your company! She has been your best friend for so long, she doesn't care if your house is a mess, dirty, clean, or not. She is coming to see you

Once she gets here its gonna be great. Her oldest girl said she wud take care of the animals for me. Cheryl is gonna cook. The others will do dishes. It will be a mini vacation for me. I just want them to be comfortable ya know?

Totally understand that Enjoy your company when they get there. I'm sure they will be comfortable and happy to see you! Keep us updated after everyone leaves and you get some relax time

Well her girls r gonna have to sleep on feather beds on the floor so i had to vacuum big time. I let frebreeze do a lot of the work for me to make it smell better

She's going to be happy to see you. She's not going to pay attention to your house. Try to relax and take it easy . You've got to take care of you first!!

From here on out it shud be easy peasy. Now that i had to give my dog a bath and my whole place smells like wet dog - i stopped caring. 😁😁

I just got back from seeing my best friend and I was not worried about his house, just him and his wife 👍. We ordered pizza one night and the next was KFC, real easy 😁. Hugh and I went out for light lunch and brought Tony his wife back meal as she is house bound from MS and was tickled 🤗. Hugh fixed light easy breakfast and my visit was great 👍. It was them I was there to see 😁😉🙏🙏🐾. Ken

We dont get delivery to my house - i be way out in the country. But i got big Marie Callenders frozen family size spaghetti dinner. And frozen red baron pizzas and hot pockets. Kids like that stuff. And she gonna make me pancakes! I am so excited abot that!

You are a few steps ahead.

You realize how happy you are that they are coming and realize it's stressful.

Being she's your best friend she should understand what you are feeling.

If the house isn't perfect, so be it. You're together.
