Only 23% of Americans say that they exercise on a daily basis.

Are you one of them?

Exercise can alleviate fatigue, stress, depression, etc.

Just Do It!

Now excuse me while I go and undo the knots in my gym shoe shoelaces.

Keep smiling.

Jesmcd2,

Of course that counts. Anytime you do anything that is positive for

yourself is a good thing.

I guess the half of a sit-up in the morning and the other half going back down at night won't count. Rats.
