The Benefits of drinking a lot of water-

1. It helps wounds to heal.

2. Promotes mental health.

3. Enhances weakening eyesight.

4.Reduces skin blemishes.

All very great things to remember lbenmaor especially in the summer, when we think 1st dehydration.

We have to remember how important it is for the body as a whole!

So true! Our body is 70%+ water & needs constant replenishing.
