I am starting VOR rehab to rewire my brain (plasticity) to improve my balance. Apparently it's "hot" in brain rehab centers. Essentially, eye movements.
Here's the Google link I'm using.(TBA in my next reply).
Has anyone tried this? π

Exciting!! I canβt wait to hear about your experience!
Please let us know if it is helpful and what your experience was like. Thanks for the info!
Read the link and see that they also have much info on migraines, dizziness, and vertigo. Thanks.
Let us know how it works out for you. Sounds interesting.
It should be helpful. Itβs amazing how very easy simple exercises will retrain the eyes to do the job the inner ear canβt do anymore.
Erash,
I hope you're doing well.
You should be very proud that you're taking care of yourself.

That sounds good and beneficial aswell. My balance is not good aswell but being in the UK not sure how to ask??? Hope it goes well for u hun and keep us posted xxxx ππππ
thanks for the link. got it saved and hopefully printed although I don't hear my printer going. when my mind is clear enough I intend to read it. sometimes, quite often actually, I just have to follow the rhythm that my mind and body set for me
Yep... been there, done that... loved it! One of the best 'therapies' I've experienced. For the most part, my balance sucks..& in the words of my therapist, I often 'get lost in my own space'. VOR was great... I could 'see' the progress...& even get a print-out. On my last session, my husband went with me & I asked the therapist if he could 'just experience' what I was doing. π I win!
Unfortunately I overdid it and aggravated some arthritis in my neck --> headaches for the past week π
