a few months ago I found ❤️ Tara Tobias, a Neuro PT on YouTube. She focuses a lot on stroke but there’s considerable overlap in the deficits and treatments and has followers from all over with all sorts of Neuro diseases.

To my delight, she is located just down the road from me and I have seen her twice now. I am transitioning from my rollator to walking sticks for walks in the neighborhood and have started slow jogging around my family room. Me 🙌😃

I encourage you to check out her 100s of videos (new ones every Sunday) rehab-hq youtu.be/2gCRNueOe-k

Thank you very much for this link, the balance exercises I won’t be able to stand on a stool but may be I can work towards it. 🤗

I'm glad she's just down the road from you, but that's not how the internet works 😂

I’m unsure what you mean? Her YouTube videos are available on internet. Pick and choose those you feel would be helpful to you (or not 🤷‍♀️).

What I neglected to say is that I’ve been putting in @ 1 hour of focused rehab each day, mostly based on her videos x the past few months The face to face visits allowed her to see where my issues were and guide my exercise choices.

It’s hard work but the rewards are worth it to me. I’ve been progressively declining and now I feel hopeful 😊
