Be patient and go easy on yourself, accept your weaknesses and failings. Do not beat yourself about them.

You are a little bent out of shape now. Take your time and get used to the new you. Be GENTLE and kind to yourself always. Try to be kind to others it will payoff oneday.

Besides it really is nice to be nice.
